We understand that life happens, schedules change, and sometimes appointments need to be adjusted unexpectedly. I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment so we can offer that time to another guest. Consistent communication helps us manage our calendar effectively and ensures that all clients have an opportunity to book the times that work best for them. Your consideration and timely updates are greatly appreciated and help us continue offering flexible, guest-friendly scheduling. There is a 50% 48 hour cancelation fee, as well as a 100% no call no show fee.
